For those needing it today; don’t accept less than you give and deserve. You control the predicament. Don’t latch onto someone or something to feel good enough or to be defined as worthy.
You ARE the one defining your worth, so it’s only about changing your mindset. If you treat someone like a celebrity, they will treat you like a fan. Be careful in putting yourself down compared to others. Every human has flaws and strengths, but it’s only about perspective in how we perceive things. It really isn’t about pleasing everyone because they all have different issues and perspectives. However, it’s about pleasing your mental and emotional health.
Your mind/ego makes you get more damaged, not the actual situation. If you got left one time, let the disappointment only last one time. Why mentally punish yourself over and over again several times for something that only happened once? That is self-sabotage. Become more conscious about how your own mind can be your biggest enemy or your biggest friend.
Try to not drown in your own mental prison. The lighter the mind, the lighter the life. No one but you decide how to heal, to purge, to release, to get up again. Experience, learn from it, apply the lessons in your life, live on.
You have the power within to change the narrative in your life, to release yourself from the chains holding you back, to define who you are and want to be.
