Face the fear; don’t become a slave to it!

Sadhguru said: “Fear is always about something that’s yet to happen, isn’t it? So that means we are suffering from something that does not exist.”

Let this sink in.

We only live in the present. Using so much energy on something that doesn’t exist drains us more than the possible outcome itself.

Don’t be a slave to fear. Face it. Look it in the eyes. The more we own it, the less it will affect our vibration.

Time is limited. Don’t waste it on something that may or may not happen. Surrendering to the now and letting things play out can sometimes be the real flex for a less anxious life.

The biggest fear comes from the judgment of others.

People are petrified of failing or making mistakes because they fear making a fool of themselves in front of others.

People endure all kinds of societal pressure because they fear not being accepted as good enough if they don’t fit the fake mold.

People stay in toxic relationships due to financial situations, fearing their ego will be shattered by others’ judgment if they have to live in poverty after breaking out.

However, the more we start accepting and loving ourselves genuinely, the easier it is to not give a f**k about others’ judgments and different outcomes. Consequently, so much fear disappears from our lives.

Absolutely nothing reduces fear more than seeing everything as a lesson to learn from while still having enough self-love to be safe in who, what, and how we are.

Nothing!
